تطبيق يلا ناو (YallaNow.APP) — منصّة طلبٍ وتوصيل · تشغّله شركة قمة المواد التجارية

حسابك ملكك، وحذفه حقٌّ لك بلا سؤالٍ عن السبب ولا انتظارِ موافقة. أمامك طريقان:

الطريق الأول — من داخل التطبيق (فوري)

افتح تطبيق يلا ناو وسجّل الدخول.
في الصفحة الرئيسية اضغط زرّ «المزيد» (⋮) أعلى الشاشة.
اختر «حذف الحساب» (بالأحمر، أسفل القائمة).
تظهر نافذة «حذف الحساب نهائياً؟» — اقرأها ثم اضغط «احذف حسابي». يُنفَّذ الحذف في الحال وتخرج من التطبيق.

الطريق الثاني — بالبريد الإلكتروني

إن تعذّر عليك الدخول إلى التطبيق، أرسل رسالةً من بريدك المسجَّل عندنا إلى info@material.sa واكتب فيها رقم الجوال المسجَّل. نتحقّق من هويّتك ثم ننفّذ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحدٍّ أقصى، وغالباً في نفس يوم العمل.

ماذا يُحذف بالضبط

عند حذف حسابك نمحو اسمك ومحادثاتك وملاحظاتك وتذاكر الدعم، ونحتفظ بسجلّ طلباتك السابقة — ومنه رقم الجوال وعنوان التوصيل وموقعه — بالقدر اللازم لأغراض السجلات المحاسبية والنظامية، ومعالجة الشكاوى والنزاعات، ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة استخدام العروض.

سجلّ طلباتك السابقة — ومنه رقم الجوال وعنوان التوصيل وموقعه كما سُجّلت على كلّ طلب — وفواتيرها وحركات المحفظة: بالقدر اللازم لأغراض السجلات المحاسبية والنظامية، ومعالجة الشكاوى والنزاعات، ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة استخدام العروض. تبقى المبالغ والضريبة والأصناف والتواريخ ورقم الطلب، ويصير اسمك عليها «حساب محذوف». وإيصالاتك تبقى بمبالغها ورقمك، بلا اسمك.

سجلّ العمليات يبقى ما فُعل فيه ومتى، ويُمحى منه اسمك وعنوان IP وجهازك — فيما فعلتَه أنت وفيما فعله فريقُنا على حسابك وطلباتك. ويُمحى اسمك كذلك من أسباب الإلغاء والاسترداد وملاحظات فريقنا ووصف حركات محفظتك.

وما محوناه يختفي من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال ٣٠ يوماً. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

قبل أن تحذف — انتبه لهذه:

رصيد محفظتك ونقاط ولائك تسقط ولا تُستردّ. إن كان فيها رصيد فاستخدمه أولاً.
إن كان لديك طلبٌ في الطريق إليك — ومنه طلبٌ وصل سائقُه إلى بابك — انتظر وصوله أو تواصل مع الدعم، ثمّ احذف. أمّا الطلبُ المحجوزُ لإعادة التوصيل فيُلغى مع الحذف بقواعد الإلغاء المعتادة ويُردّ ما يُردّ عادةً.
الحذف لا يمكن التراجع عنه، وإن عدت فستبدأ من جديد.

Delete your account and data

Your account is yours, and you can delete it without giving a reason or waiting for approval. Two ways:

Option 1 — inside the app (immediate)

Open the YallaNow app and sign in.
On the home screen, tap the “More” button (⋮) at the top.
Choose “Delete account” (in red, at the bottom of the menu).
The dialog “Delete your account for good?” appears — read it, then tap “Delete my account”. Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — by email

If you cannot sign in, email info@material.sa from your registered email address and include your registered mobile number. We verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days at most — usually the same working day.

What exactly is deleted

When you delete your account we erase your name, chats, notes and support tickets. We keep the record of your past orders — including the phone number, delivery address and location on them — for as long as necessary for accounting and legal record-keeping, handling complaints and disputes, and preventing fraud and promotion abuse.

What you wrote in support tickets

The record of your past orders — including the phone number, delivery address and location as recorded on each order — with their invoices and wallet transactions, for as long as necessary for accounting and legal record-keeping, handling complaints and disputes, and preventing fraud and promotion abuse. Amounts, VAT, items, dates and the order number stay, and your name on them becomes “حساب محذوف” (Deleted account). Your receipts keep their amounts and your number, without your name.

The activity log keeps what was done and when, with your name, IP address and device erased — from what you did and from what our team did on your account and orders. Your name is also erased from cancellation and refund reasons, our team's notes and your wallet movement descriptions.

What we erase leaves our backups within 30 days. Details in the privacy policy.

Before you delete:

Your wallet balance and loyalty points are lost and not refunded. Use them first.
If you have an order on its way to you — including one whose driver is at your door — wait for it to arrive or contact support, then delete. An order held for re-delivery is cancelled with the deletion under the usual cancellation rules, with the usual refunds.
Deletion cannot be undone; if you come back you start from scratch.
